Urgent requirement: toolroom milling operator (Pennsylvania)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Pike County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Day to day you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. What we are looking for: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
