Confectioner wanted in Grant County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Grant County, Indiana. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
