Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Part-time with flexible hours.
