What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well.
