Join our team: we are hiring a formwork erector in Clark County, Arkansas. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level The role involves: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
