Immediate opening: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Cherokee County, Alabama. Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Day to day you will log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts.
