What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
