Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator in Bourbon County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; set up and start the machine as per the job card. Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
