Foundry labourer wanted in Smyth County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Smyth County, Virginia. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. On a typical shift you will make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. Requirements: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
