Immediate opening: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Jackson County, Illinois. You will be based in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. Ideal candidate: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Current medical and eyesight certificate The role involves: • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
