Machine setter-operator — Mikang

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Mikang, Plateau State. You will work at an auto-parts workshop. Requirements: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings On the job you will handle: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
