Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; season and marinate meat on request. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
