Fusing press operator — Lemhi County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Lemhi County, Idaho. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. You will hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
