Mining dozer operator wanted in Sutter County

What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Your main tasks: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
