Fusing press operator — Clay County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Clay County, Illinois. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. Requirements: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Day to day you will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
