Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Yuma County, Arizona. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience.
