Marble mason — Lafayette County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a marble mason in Lafayette County, Florida. You will be based at a kitchen worktop showroom. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades Day to day you will grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
