Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
