Scullery hand — Clallam County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Clallam County, Washington. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Rotating shifts.
