Foundry labourer wanted in Sanpete County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Sanpete County, Utah. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. On a typical shift you will carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles. Ideal candidate: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Basic grinding and fettling skills 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
