Kitchen cook — Ziebach County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Ziebach County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
