Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
