Join our team: formwork carpenter (Vermont)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Orleans County, Vermont. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Ideal candidate: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
