Punch press operator — Arenac County

Now hiring: we are hiring a punch press operator in Arenac County, Michigan. Day to day you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
