We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Fayette County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
