CNC mill setter-operator — Chesterfield County

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The role involves: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges 3+ years on the tools preferred.
