Concrete worker — Itawamba County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete worker in Itawamba County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works The role involves cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
