Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Malam Maduri, Jigawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Rotating shifts.
