Reinforcement fitter — Ofu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Ofu, Kogi State. You will be based on a commercial tower construction site. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Your main tasks: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
