Now hiring: we are hiring a dozer operator in Jefferson County, Georgia. The job is on a road construction project. Day to day you will grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. What we are looking for: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
