Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Day to day you will stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line.
