Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports On a typical shift you will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
