Urgent requirement: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Clarke County, Alabama. The job is on the moulding line. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Your main tasks: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
