Vacancy available: power float operator (South Dakota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a power float operator in Edmunds County, South Dakota. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage The role involves cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
