Semi-automatic welder — Troup County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Troup County, Georgia. You will be based on a structural steel site. The role involves set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift.
