JCB operator wanted in Jackson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a JCB operator in Jackson County, Missouri. The job is at a road-building project. On a typical shift you will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
