Cake decorator wanted in Tuolumne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Tuolumne County, California. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
