Fry cook — Jackson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Jackson County, Mississippi. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
