Crawler dozer operator wanted in Napa County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Napa County, California. Ideal candidate: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Your main tasks: • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid 2+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
