Urgent requirement: pastry baker (Missouri)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Saline County, Missouri. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Rotating shifts.
