Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Teton County, Wyoming. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Meals and transport allowance provided.
