Immediate opening: CNC milling operator (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Wharton County, Texas. The job is in a die and mould making unit. The role involves select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
