Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Shelleng, Adamawa State. You will be based on a housing development site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Day-to-day duties: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
