Banquet server — Nguru

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Nguru, Yobe State. On a typical shift you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
