Port container crane operator wanted in Iosco County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Iosco County, Michigan. The job is at a shipbuilding yard. You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Able to read load charts and lifting plans On the job you will handle: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins Performance bonus on top of base pay.
