Electrostatic spray painter • Morgan County, Tennessee

Now hiring: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Morgan County, Tennessee. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Your main tasks: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
