Prep cook wanted in Reading

Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Reading, England. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time, day shift.
