Confectioner — Overton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Overton County, Tennessee. You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
