Powder coater — Sherman County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Sherman County, Oregon. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On a typical shift you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
