Moulder wanted in Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a moulder in Washington County, Vermont. You will be based in a non-ferrous casting shop. Day-to-day duties: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles You should have: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
